Guys, where do I even start with this one!?
Well, I guess I will start by saying — You must experience Glow Toronto.
I have been so lucky to be able to partner with Glow Toronto to bring you guys this post. My family and I spent the day today wandering through over a million lights all in the comfort of the indoors.
Glow takes all the fun and excitement of looking at light displays and brings indoors so that you can really dive in and enjoy the holidays without being cold or uncomfortable.
But just what is Glow?
Glow is one of the biggest indoor Christmas festivals in the world. It’s a festival featuring over 80,000 sq feet of space complete with sculptures, interactive displays, a playground for kids and even an indoor train.
Glow is the perfect spot to go to get that Instagram worthy backdrop.
In addition to all the lights and displays, you can do a little shopping, too. They have an artisan market so while you’re enjoying all the lights, feel free to check a few people off your Christmas shopping list.
What started in 2017 in Vancouver, Canada, Glow has now made its way into 11 cities in three different countries, bringing Christmas spirit and lit vibes to the hearts of all who believe in the magic of Christmas.
From the minute you walk through the doors, you will be immediately transformed to a lit winter wonderland — and again, all in the comfort and warmth of the indoors. So leave those clunky winter boots at home and enjoy a fabulous Christmas display.
There are several bars throughout the exhibit where you can get both non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks. What makes this part even more fun is that you can get your drink in a light-up light bulb.
The light bulb is yours to keep, too!
There is an interactive game for kids to play throughout the exhibit called Santa’s Lost Presents. The kids are given a passbook and then along the way they need to find the lost presents and stamp their book.
My kids really loved this part and it was so much fun seeing their face light up when they found another stamping station.
Glow is the perfect place to take your holiday pictures, too. It’s a total insta-worthy photo spot.
I will let you guys take a look at my photos from the exhibit and if this is still not enough to convince you that you need to go, I have linked their website at the bottom of this post so you can check out more info.
The festival will be on from November 28, 2019, to January 4, 2020, at the Toronto Congress Center. Visit their site for all the details and to purchase your tickets.
You may be able to buy tickets at the door but it’s advisable to purchase tickets prior to attending.
What an amazingly beautiful place to visit, just look at those twinkling lights, I bet my three year old toddler would love it. Thanks for sharing and have a lovely festive season 😊 Aiva
