Hey guys! You know what’s crazy? When I started this blog about 4 years ago, I never even imagined the places it would lead me or the people that I would meet along the way.
Having this blog has allowed me to break out of my shell, experience new things and meet wonderful people.
This weekend I had the pleasure of meeting Amy from Revive As Wellness. Tonight, I thought I would take some time to share with you all a little bit about her business and just how incredible her services are.
I believe that the best business travels and expands by word of mouth and if you have something good to share — SHARE it!
So what exactly is Revive As Wellness? Well I will pull a quote directly from Amy’s blog on her site because she can sum it up way better than I would:
Revive As Wellness represents so many things. First off Revive is that feeling you have of being alive, feeling rejuvenated and overall just living your life. AS represents my initials and Wellness represents overall wellness, not just physical or mental but emotional, environmental, social and overall well being. The whole package!
Revive As Wellness offers you a place to feel relaxed, rejuvenated and to just take an hour for yourself. Amy offers Reflexology and Aromatherapy Massage.

I, myself, go and get a massage about once a month and it’s the one appointment in my life that I desperately look forward to. I suffer from chronic shoulder pain and to be able to have even an hour of relief is amazing. Plus, I do all my best thinking during a massage.
I however, have never experienced aromatherapy in any form so I opted to book an aroma massage.
I wasn’t really sure what to expect but I can tell you that an aroma massage is quite different from a regular massage.
When I arrived, Amy was at the door to greet me. I filled out a health history form and when I was done Amy and I had a little chat before my aroma massage. She put me completely at ease and addressed any questions or concerns.

I am so relieved that she did this, because one of my biggest concerns is my skin. I have extremely sensitive skin — mostly my face and I can break out at the drop of hat. Amy went through the whole process with me of what takes place and I am so glad that she did because she informed me that she would be putting essential oils on my face.

By giving me a run through of the service, I was then able to inform her that I prefer to not have certain products touch my face.
And you know what’s funny? That seems like such a small and insignificant part of a service, but to me it’s HUGE. I really love it when health care providers or any providers for that matter take the time to talk with a client before just jumping into a service. This meant the world to me. Also, it allowed me to get comfortable as well.
Amy’s manner and decorum are both pleasing and comforting. She’s so down to earth and friendly.
Now let’s talk about the actual aroma massage. First of all, I love smells. I am a huge scent person. I was able to choose my oils and scents so that was awesome. Amy is both very knowledgeable and accommodating and this also put me at ease and made me feel more relaxed.

If you have never had an aroma massage before, the best way I can describe it is that you feel all your cares and worries just slip away. I think I even fell asleep a couple of times. If you have had an aroma massage before and loved it then I highly suggest you visit Amy. Although I do have nothing to compare it to, as this was my first aroma massage, I can say that I don’t need to go anywhere else.
As a business owner, blogger, content manager, wife and mother this hour to just get away and relax meant a great deal. It was so nice to just lay down and not have to think about anything. It was 100% complete and utter relaxation.
Beyond just offering Aroma Massage and Reflexology, Amy also has rollerball blends and sprays.

At the end of my

The calm blend helps with headaches, can help with sore muscles and stress. The blend has marjoram, frankincense, lavender, clary sage, and cedarwood. It is mixed with fractionated coconut oil. Amy instructed me to use it around my temples, wrists, neck and shoulders.
I have been applying as she said and let me tell you, it works! I had a
I am always looking for a good alternative to Advil because I am sick and tired of taking it all the time.
I received this little care package from

In this little kit, I have my special calm blend as mentioned above but then I also have Beloved, Revive and Sweet Dreams. I won’t go into too much detail about each one but I will tell you that they are all amazing.
The Revive, I put on just before I am about to do some work for a little boost. It’s incredible. You can check out her website to learn more about her rollerballs. She has created such an easy to follow website with a ton of information.

So what I can tell you about all this is that if you are in need of a break, a change or even just need a bit of time to yourself you should go and see Amy at Revive As Wellness.

You can tell that this business is a labour of love and she has truly put her heart and soul into it. She cares so much about the wellbeing of her clients and it shows. I felt so at ease and comfortable.

She is so fantastic and I will definitely be going back! I may even try some reflexology. I have never done that before but you know what they say, there’s a first time for everything! I certaintly do not regret my aroma massage 🙂
Amy has a website, Facebook page and an Instagram account (I really enjoy her IG stories!) that you can follow. She posts lots of encouraging and uplifting content.
If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to her and don’t be shy about booking an appointment — it’s more than worth it!
