This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Cricut. All opinions are 100% mine.
It’s no secret around here that I LOVE my Cricut Maker. This mighty machine has more than earned its keep on my craft room shelf but there is always one question that I constantly get asked and that is, “Will I use my Cricut enough to justify the price?”

Today, I have decided to answer this question for you all.

Let me start off by saying, I know making the decision to buy a Cricut machine isn’t taking lightly and unfortunately, it does come down to whether or not you are able or willing to spend the money. I have learned over the years that crafting can get really expensive but I will also tell you that is can also be such a therapeutic and calming outlet and the investment in this machine will be more than rewarding.

I can confidently say that a Cricut Maker is a fine piece of well built crafting equipment and I can tell you from my own personal experience, that biting the bullet and getting a Cricut was one of the best decision I have ever made.
I know there isn’t a right answer for everyone but these are some things to consider and hopefully if you have been on the fence about getting a Cricut, these points may help you out.
This machine has more than paid for itself 1,000 times over. First, of all, it has saved me hundreds of dollars in greeting cards… have you seen the price of a greeting card lately!? I picked one up the other day and I just about spit up when I saw the price tag of $16.99!
Every birthday, wedding, or even just to say a little thank you to someone, I can whip out my Cricut Maker and make up a card. Not only can I make a card but I can totally make them personal and heart felt. I have the power with my Cricut Maker to make the cards that I want to give. Forget spending hours in the card aisle reading over card after card.

Aside from cards, though – there are also gifts. Being able to make someone something special and straight from my heart makes having this machine totally worth it. I can show up to baby showers, birthday parties and so many more events with gifts that really show the people I love that I care. Plus, a lot of times, I can make something really spectacular without spending a fortune.

So there’s gifts and cards but that is honestly just the tip of the iceberg. Once you catch the Cricut bug, you will find that you will have to be dragged out of your craft room. There are endless ideas and items that you can create and once you start it’s so hard to stop!
Cricut crafting is ADDICTIVE. Once you catch the hang of it and learn the ropes you can create with endless possibilities and you are only limited by your own imagination.
There are many different reasons why people buy a Cricut Maker and maybe if you fall into one of these categories, it’s time to take the plunge…
Are you looking to earn a little extra income? With a Cricut Maker, you can make custom gifts, card, home decor and so much more. With the power of the internet and places like Etsy and Facebook Marketplace it has never been easier to start up a little side hustle and with just handful of sales, your machine will more than have paid for itself.
Do you have kids? If you do, then owning Cricut machine will be life changing. I use my Cricut all the time when working with my kids on school projects and even for just a little mother-daughter craft time. Also, you can personalize and label all their items for school — saving you more money and preventing their items from being lost or stolen.

Are you an avid crafter? Do you love to create? This is a big one. If you just love making anything and everything and being creative then this one is a no brainer. Like I mentioned earlier, the possibilities really are endless.
Do you want to make personalized home decor, clothing and unique items? I have saved a ton of money by just making items for my home and clothing rather then buying then in expensive boutiques and retail stores. I have the ability to create what I want and when I want.
So, if you answered yes to any of these questions, I think it’s safe to say that you would totally justify the price in purchasing a Cricut. Really though, it all comes down to what you want but I can tell you that most people who buy a Cricut thinking they will only use it a few times a month end up using it way more because once you catch the Cricut bug, you’re hooked.

If you have come this far and have decided you want to dive into the world of Cricut but don’t know where to start, I always recommend purchasing a bundle. It saves you money and you get a ton of supplies to help get you started.
